Now that it's 2011, I decided to take the New Year and really focus on weight loss and exercise. Now that I am a little older, it is imperative that I stay in good health. I love my life, and I want to continue enjoying it for many more years. This year is going to be one of self-improvement, and I've already done some things that are indicative of good things to come. This week, I've been very good about what I've had to eat. Additionally, I got a chance to go jogging every single day, and when I got home I used some lighter weights to give my muscles some exercise. I started drinking more water than I typically do and I threw lingering junk food from 2010.
I have also taken a few steps to take care of myself in other ways, as well. I recently got a new pair of glasses for driving, and just last week I had a Free Hearing Screening. I admit that certain functions are declining and that I need to seek a little help. I'm proud of myself so far, and I plan to keep this current plan up!
